Always and in all times multitude of explorers and tourists have been attracted here. The ancient culture of India, untamed nature, fresh mountainous air and a breathtaking view of the highest mountain peaks of the world create a unique atmosphere of this small part of our planet. The hills of the ancient princedom Kumaon situated on the border with Nepal up to nowadays have preserved the customs and culture of the past millenniums. Please, do not be surprised with the word "hills" though we are talking about an altitude of 2 - 3 thousand meters. Here in Kumaon people use the word ‘mountains’ only for the huge rocks coated with eternal snows. But down there in the hills, under a cool shade of evergreen oaks and century-old cedars the chilly breath of Great Himalayas and the heat waves from the Indian terrain combine to let you enjoy a comfortable weather.
Common view on Innisfree Farm Cottage	It is only a two-hour drive along a winding road deep into the hills of Kumaon, which brings you to all the warmth and the coziness of Innisfree Farm Cottage. Constructed in the traditional style of British Raj the Cottage offers you a European comfort combined with an Indian hospitality. You are welcome to speak Hindustani, English, Russian, or Latvian here as well as to use help of our local guides to read ancient manuscripts in Sanskrit. Our cook will do his best to indulge you with spicy Indian dishes cooked if desired with allowance for the European taste, along with specialties from Continental, Chinese and Burmese cuisine. Innisfree Estate is real paradise for those who appreciates purity: drinking water is coming from a private spring, we use rainwater for the bathrooms, milk for your breakfast and tea is coming from our own cows, air is pure too, as we are far out of any city and intense traffic.
Guru Teet Maharaj Sarasvati	As entertainment we offer you short one-day walks and picnics sightseeing local places of interest as well as 2- and 3-day trips to the largest religious and cultural centers of Kumaon, such as Jageshwar where you can visit one of the most ancient Shiva temple complexes in Northern India, or Patal Bhubaneshwar famous for its sacred caves, or Nainital - health resort on the coast of emerald mountain lake, etc. And if you are interested in ancient Indian philosophy and yoga, we will do our best to organize meeting with well-known Indian Guru – Teet Maharaj Sarasvati. For those, who would like to spend some time practicing yogic asanas and meditation, there is a beautiful snow view spot just next to the Cottage, where your privacy will not be disturbed.
Terraces	Accommodation and rates Innisfree Farm Cottage offers you its 5 bedrooms, common dinning area and a lounge with TV, DVD and Internet facilities. The music system with broad collection of CDs and plenty of books in our library will help you to spent your leisure hours with pleasure. The Cottage can accommodate 10-13 people (two bedrooms with 2 beds and three bedrooms with 3 beds). These 5 bedrooms enjoy 4 spacious bathrooms, equipped with water boilers, to let you enjoy hot shower. The stay at the Innisfree Farm Cottage including all meals and tea/coffee costs 1250 Indian rupees (about 28 US dollars) per person per day. Children under 12 years of age have a 50 % discount.
Mountain road	How to reach the place: There are three ways to travel from Delhi to Nathuakhan - a settlement where Innisfree Farm Cottage is situated: Night train «Ranikhet express » Delhi - Kathgodam. Departure from Delhi at 10:30 p.m., arrival to Kathgodam at 6:00 a.m. The ticket in the air-conditioned coach costs approx. 650-700 rupees (15-16 US dollars). Then you have to take a taxi up to Nathuakhan, the driving time is about 2 hours, taxi fare is 1000-1500 rupees (23-35 US dollars) for the car of the jeep-class that can accommodate 5-7 people with luggage, or 750 rupees (17 US dollars) for a common car accommodating 3 people. Taxi from Delhi up to Nathuakhan. Voyage time is 8-10 hours, costs approx. 8500 rupees (190 US dollars) for the a/c car of the jeep-class (5-7 people and luggage). A comfortable air-conditioned night bus Delhi - Nainital. The bus fare is 200-300 rupees (4.6-7.0 US dollars). Then a taxi up to Nathuakhan. Travel time - 1.5 hours, costs approx. 1200 rupees (27 US dollars) for a jeep-class car accommodating 5-7 people with luggage. In case you need a reliable person who would meet you at New Delhi airport and help you out in Delhi as well as on the way up to Innisfree, we are here to organize this. It is also possible to arrange a pick up from Kathgodam railway station or from Nainital bus station. In this case the group pays all travel expenses of a meeting person and his guide fees 1500 rupees (34 US dollars) per day.
Temple in Jageshwar	Excursions: 1. 2-3-hour sightseeing walks. The cost is 1000 rupees (23 US dollars) per group. 2. Excursion trips (1 day and more). The cost - 1500 rupees (33 US dollars) per group per day plus rent-a-car cost approx. 2000 rupees (45 US dollars) for the jeep-class car accommodating 5-7 people. Confirmation of booking: The both parties should confirm in advance by fax or e-mail the program of the stay and excursions in order to make necessary transport and hotel arrangements. The stay is confirmed when 50 % advance payment for accommodation has arrived to our bank account.
